They haven't told you any thing. I've not seen where anyone else is affected other than the area your in.

i just seen on DCDB pretty reliable source said they talked to someone and they said they are about 500 customers affected in our area. and the problem was in norton and would be fixed by noon tuesday. and we could credit our next payment

we never have had any problem until today. any other day would be fine but i have not got to see the first pass, punt, kick or tackle and it is about to kill me

I had no problem in Norton, I watched bowl games all day.

Well it definitely sucked. No internet (due to cable) or tv on a day with all the bowls. I'm sure they didn't plan it, and sure they got plenty of complaints and will lose some customers, but stuff happens. I'll definitely call and try to get my credit for it.

I can't help but figure something on relaying the signal went out and its probably something that they don't keep locally, and wouldn't be a big deal "normally" but on a holiday, few people working, had to call people in, in various places to get things fixed or replaced.

I got to see about the last quarter of the last game of the night, which sucks.
